About Us

The Transamerica Expo Center Convention Center is part of the Alfa Group, one of the largest corporate conglomerates in Brazil. It has over 90 years of strength in the segments of financial markets, services, agribusiness, consumer goods, and retail. Highlights include the Transamerica Hotel Chain, the Alfa Theatre, Alfa Bank, Alfa Insurance, Agropalma, Águas Prata, C&C Casa e Construção and Rádio Transamerica, among others.

Located near Hotel Transamerica – one of the five best business hotels in Brazil, according to Guia Quatro Rodas – and the Alfa Theater, one of the most modern in the São Paulo capital, the event center is a key development center for the region.

Meeting the needs of the events market, it was opened in 2001 with 20,000 m² for exhibitions – with halls A/B/C. In 2006, it grew by 8,000 m² with halls D and E in 2012, it reproduced the success of multipurpose hall E and presented over 8,000 m² in two modern, versatile halls for exhibitions and conferences – halls F and G.

With an innovative concept and a continual upgrade of the view of the events market, Transamerica Expo Center is a reference in the quality of its facilities and excellence in services delivered.

Management of New Spaces

Transamerica Eventos is one of the companies owned by the Alfa Group and presents a proposal for the convention and exhibition centers. It owns the brand Transamerica Expo Center, being responsible for its management and being acknowledged thanks to high-quality specialized services provided in the past 15 years.

Active across the national territory, it is involved in aspects ranging from technical design to sizing and economic feasibility of projects, generating new business and providing companies and promoters with quality events, supply, and standardization of services.

Its mission and goal are to contribute to the increase in turnover in the segment, accelerate economic, professional and social development, and remain a leader in the administration and management of convention centers across Brazil.
